Please note that this system CANNOT accommodate images, tables, formatted text, or special characters.This submission is for abstracts only. If your abstract is selected by the Research and Awards Committee, you will receive a link by January 5, 2025 to upload your poster and update any information. What you enter on the submission form will be provided to all conference participants. Please enter information with care.

About Fees
To promote high-quality submissions, ACOOG assess a modest fee to submit an abstract.
Each primary author may submit up to two abstracts once the fee has been paid.
If your abstract is accepted, you will receive a discount code in the amount of the fee to register for the conference. Only one discount code will be provided to a primary author regardless of the number of abstracts submitted. Co-authors are not eligible for a discount code UNLESS they will be presenting in lieu of the primary author.

Conference Registration
All poster presenters are expected to register for the conference and stay at the conference hotel.

You will be able to setup your poster Sunday afternoon or Monday morning before 10 AM.
Poster Information
ACOOG has two poster categories:
To qualify for Award Category (eligible for monetary award) the project must be original research conducted by:
- Any resident from a program that has Osteopathic Recognition, or
- Any DO student, resident or fellow from any residency program
To qualify for Open Category the project is
- A case study or “other” type of project
- Original research from a non-DO in a program without Osteopathic Recognition
SUCCESS TIP
Be sure to include data related to your study or case. In past submissions, the most common reason for rejection was failure to include data related to results. Ensure your reserahc question is clearly stated, and draw linkages to women's health if it is not obvious. Please review yoru submission with your dean or faculty advisor prior to entering.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Special consideration is given to posters incorporating osteopathic principles and practice (OPP) or osteopathic manipulative therapy.

GENERAL POSTER GUIDELINES
- Your abstract and poster must be uploaded by the deadline above. Extensions will not be granted, and no changes can be made after upload.
- You must be present in-person during the poster judging.
POSTER DESIGN GUIDELINES
- Poster Size: Posters should be a maximum of 78 inches wide x 40 inches tall or smaller. Larger posters may not fit on the provided boards.
- You are responsible for printing your own poster and bringing it to the conference. ACOOG will provide poster display boards and pins.
- Poster Printing Discount: ACOOG has partnered with PosterNerd.com to provide you a 10% discount off printing. If ordered the week before the conference, they can also ship the poster to you at the hotel. Visit www.PosterNerd.com and use discount code ACOOG25 at checkout.
- ACOOG provides a poster template. You ARE NOT required to use this template.
- You must have written permission to use the photos in your poster if they are not your own.
Use of Generative Artificial Intelligence
ACOOG recognizes the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) as a powerful tool for educators and researchers and encourages its responsible and ethical use.
If any form of generative AI is utilized for this poster it must be clearly acknowledged in the appropriate section(s). It is expected that authors will review any AI-generated copy, figures, images, citations, or statements for accuracy and edit accordingly.
Presenting inaccurate information generated by AI will result in disqualification.
