About
Tuesday, July 15, 2025

5:30 - 6:30 PM Central / 6:30 - 7:30 PM Eastern

Perinatal mental health conditions affect up to 20% of pregnant women, yet many cases go undiagnosed due to symptom overlap with normal pregnancy changes, provider time constraints, and limited training in perinatal psychiatry. This webinar addresses critical knowledge gaps by providing practical screening tools, treatment protocols that balance maternal mental health with fetal safety, and coordination strategies between obstetric and mental health teams. Physicians will gain skills to identify at-risk patients, implement appropriate interventions, and provide comprehensive care that supports both maternal wellbeing and healthy pregnancy outcomes.
